For over two decades, Iāve dedicated my life to transforming landscapes and lives as a permaculture designer, builder, educator, farmer, and consultant. Iāve worked on a wide range of projects, from community agriculture and reforestation to agroforestry systems and eco-communities.
But it all started with something simple: composting kitchen scraps in a tiny backyard.
That humble beginning sparked a lifelong passion for regenerative agriculture and a deep belief in natureās power to heal and thrive when given the right care.
My proudest achievement? Granja Tzikināa thriving farm, restaurant, and community space I co-founded with my partner seven years ago in the heart of Guatemala. Today, it stands as a living testament to the potential of permaculture principles applied with dedication and heart.
Now, at 43 years old, I feel incredibly lucky to have found my true calling:
